Weddings have a certain magic a blend of joy, nerves, and unfiltered emotion and I consider it a real privilege to document it all. My approach is rooted in storytelling and instinct. I don’t stage much or ask for retakes. I just observe, feel, and film what’s real.

The result? A wedding film that feels like a time capsule something you’ll be excited to watch again and again, even decades from now.

I started filming weddings back in 2017 while living in Charleston, SC, and over the years, I’ve had the honor of capturing hundreds (literally) of love stories. I recently moved back to where I grew up in coastal New Jersey, and I’m excited to bring that same energy and storytelling to couples here.

I am a big ball of energy and always show up ready to not only make your day go smoothly but always make sure it is fun! At the end of the day this is your wedding and these are your wedding films. I want them to speak to you and for you to obsess over them for a lifetime.



P.S. Why Michael O?

WELL, my last name is O’Loughlin (doozy I know). Think Oh-lock-lin. You can thank my Irish ancestors for that one. So to save everyone the struggle of trying to pronounce it or spell it, we ditched 8 letters for the business name. You’re welcome.
